We have built a solid server-side engineering team to support and maintain many services with huge traffic. To keep the service running efficiently. We wanted you to join KKBOX and collaborate with the team, to make project success, and to assist with service growth.


  • Determine and define project scope and goals: Collaborate with developers to achieve Service Development Center’s quarterly objectives.
  • Prioritize project tasks: Use software tools and methodologies to estimate manpower and development costs.
  • Communicate cross-team / functional members: Communicate between developers and product managers to get the consensus to balance quality and cost.
  • Make good use of software tools and methodologies: measure development efficiency, manage schedule and risk.
  • Define software quality metrics, measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of software project development and related experience, using programming language to solve the problem.
  • 2+ years of software project management and related experience
  • Familiar with using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Gitlab/Github Issue, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Use markdown to write the technical document and use SQL / Script to build the report.
  • Proactively communicate by meeting and good documentation. Stand with Developers and help them to create the best user experience.
  • Technical oriented: familiar with development and managing projects by data instead of intuition.
  • Agile mentality. A trustworthy team leader and pilot in technical. Never stop to achieve excellence.
  • Nice To Have

  • Familiar with RESTful API development and write the reasonable technical specification.
  • Familiar with database design and writing the efficient table schema.
  • Understand the streaming technology / service and its practice.
  • Experience in remote team management
  • Experience in developing or managing localization and internationalization of software projects.
  • Second foreign language expertise: especially in English and Japanese.
