Product Manager

Taipei / KKBOX - Product Management / Permanent

As a Product Manager for the KKBOX product team, you'll combine expert project management skills with a passion for user experience research to help your team improve KKBOX products that are used by ten million of users. Furthermore, you must have a strong growth mindset.

You’ll work cross-functionally and collaborate with managers, designers, marketing, business and engineering teams to plan exciting projects, define milestones, manage risks and help projects meet deadlines. We are looking for candidates with strong technical & project planning skills, and are capable of balancing multiple projects and embracing uncertainties and new challenges.


  • Identify product and user needs based on analytics, user feedback and usage, competitive analysis, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal teams (merchandising, marketing, engineering, operations etc.) to identify, refine and document features.
  • Drive product planning, prototyping and development process from end to end.
  • Develop and drive project prioritization, scheduling and execution timelines.
  • Define, monitor and react to key product metrics.
  • Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree (Preferably in Business Administration,  Information Management, or Computer Science)
  • A technical background with a project and/or product focus with documented track record is preferable.
  • 2+ years of experience working with creative at a consumer-focused software or media company.
  • Be an excellent self starter who can deeply collaborate with engineers and other cross function teams.
  • Nice To Have:

  • Strong technical mobile development experience is a big plus.
  • Ability to understand technical/engineering aspects of online content development is a big plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of user-centered design, iterative development processes, and usability principles.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, including a basic understanding of statistics, and the ability to select user research methods that best fit the question at hand.
  • You have software development experience, and can communicate effectively with engineers about product details and technical options.
