  • Develop and implement the company’s marketing, sales, and business development strategy.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including digital and social media campaigns, PR, events (including the annual HK KKBOX Music Award Ceremony,) and other activities to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape to inform the company’s product development and marketing strategy.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with music labels, artists, and other industry stakeholders to secure exclusive content, licensing deals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage a team of marketing and business development professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Analyze team OKR to track the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns and provide regular reports to the executive team. Responsible for the revenue & user growth performance for the market.
  • Collaborate with product development and technology teams to ensure that the company’s products and services meet the needs of its target audience
  • This BD & Marketing Manager will play a critical leadership role within the organization, with responsibility for managing a team of marketing specialists, driving collaboration with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance on marketing strategy and tactics.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, build consensus, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and business development, with a focus on the music streaming industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and business development strategies in the music streaming industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing and business development professionals.
  • Deep understanding of the music industry, including music licensing, distribution, and content creation
