KKCompany is committed to establishing a sound corporate governance framework by complying with laws and the Articles of Incorporation and forming a robust organization with competent leaders and units to strengthen corporate sustainability measures.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with laws & regulations, revise the rules related to corporate governance and other matters related to compliance works.
  • Plan and assist in convening and compiling relevant materials for the shareholders, the board of directors, various functional committees, etc., meetings.
  • Declare the announcements of the Materials Information to the MOPS (the “Market Observation Post System).
  • Manage corporate governance evaluation projects, including implementation, coordination with the departments, and project management.
  • Other matters stipulated in the company's articles of association or contract, etc.
  • Data collect and compose of the corporate sustainability report (ESG Report).
  • Implement and record the ESG-related activities.
  • Other related corporate governance affairs or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Qualified practice-eligible lawyer.
  • Experienced in a managerial position in a security, financial, or futures-related institution or a public company in a unit handling legal affairs, legal compliance, or corporate governance affairs is preferred.
