- Manage the service desk team and evaluate performance.
- Ensure Service Desk provides accurate and efficient service to colleagues.
- Recruiting, training and supporting service desk representatives and technicians.
- Set specific service desk standards.
- Establish best practices through the entire technical support process.
- Provide feedback to the appropriate internal teams, like IT Center.


  • Proven work experience as a service desk manager.
  • Hands on experience with service desk.
  • Solid technical background with the ability to propose solutions to non-technical units and to face users with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Team management skills.
