Service Desk Engineer (Kaohsiung)

-Introduce new information technology to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
-Act as L1 support for all internal information systems, allowing other technical teams (L2) to focus on development and maintenance.
-Educate users on how to make the best use of the tools available to improve personal and team productivity.


  • Troubleshooting user computer related problems
  • Office network, communication, and automation equipment maintenance
  • Manage Unix-like related account system privileges via Puppuet / Terraform
  • Work independently or cooperate with vendors to coordinate matters
  • Support and maintenance of IT related systems
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and its subsystems
  • Familiarity with GCP / Azure / AWS related administrative privileges
  • Purchase and repair of information hardware and software
  • Information management - establish document management rules
  • Asset management - Information equipment control
  • Internal duty roster (day watcher)
  • Nice To Have

  • Have experience with version control system (Git, Mercurial, SVN, etc).
  • Familiarity with related network systems such as Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco and Aruba
