A payroll specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for a good talent who is good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information.


  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Handles the payroll processing, report payroll information and tax related issues for Taiwan, HK, Singapore, and Japan.
  • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
  • Be Responsible for social insurance, benefits, company insurance and related issues.
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
  • Company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements.
  • Be responsible for work permit application for expatriates.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as payroll specialist, 3 ~ 5 years experience is a must.
  • Proficient in Taiwan statutory requirements pertaining to payroll, including, but not limited to : tax, labor insurance, work rules.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of this field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and good knowledge of relevant payroll software/system.
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with service-oriented mindset.
  • A detail-oriented team player with growth mindset.
