Responsibility:
Project feature planning and service reliability management - be able to take business requirements from Enterprise customers, work closely with engineering managers and associated teams (i.e., product, designers, quality assurance, customer support teams, etc...), to define, plan, organize, control, and drive end-to-end solutions.Accountable for on-time service delivery with high quality, successfully executing project management plans, delivering customer requirements through enterprise services, and ensuring post launch service operation efficiency and scalability. Global operation SOP planning and execution, managing incident, issue, request, and changes related to service reliability.Operation commander for P0 emergency issues management to push for immediate resolutionOversee the overall resource planning, allocation, technical feasibility, effort estimations and execution of various projects management of associated development teams and risk management measurementDemonstrate project knowledge, and facilitate the development of requirements in consideration of known technical capabilities and limitationsScheduling and resource management: develop and manage the release plan via a clearly defined roadmap, working with scrum teams i.e., engineering, designers, quality assurance, customer support teams, to ensure on time and high quality deliveryFacilitate and solidify project management by creating, managing, and optimizing communications and processes to improve efficiencyStakeholder management across entire project life cycle to inform project status, updates, and risksCultivate relationships across engineering and cross teams, serving directly as the end-to-end liaison for cross functional team communicationRequirements:
5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager leading complex technology or service launchesIn-depth knowledge and experience running an enterprise application development project through the entire software development lifecycleExperience with Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent are preferredStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong verbal/written communication in both Chinese & English, and data presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teamsSelf-directed, yet highly-cooperative and flexible work style within the teamMust have excellent problem solving, presentation and leadership skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze and communicate to all levels of the organization, including senior management.Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitation and communication skills, plus strong judgment and decision-making abilities, being able to communicate to all levels of the organization, including senior managementNice to Have:
